As an int'l student I am required to pay advance payments towards my accommodation fees in order to secure my place at the halls of residence. How do you actually pay for that?... seems like a stupid question but dear I need help!

Lastly, can one actually pay their tuition fees in advance? Hence, can the maintenance fees be lowered accordingly?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi there
You'll find all this information in your international student handbook which you will receive in the post with your freshers pack once your place is confirmed.
You will be able to pay by direct debit and all the forms you need will be in the pack.
The information should also be online after August 17.
    Hope this helps!

You must contact Keele first after having received unconditional/conditional leter. Then you fill in the form to book a place in Keele Halls. 2 weeks later (or shorter) you would receive a letter with information. Just take that letter with your passport to any bank and make the payment. Wait about 1 hour and it's done
From my country it cost 15 pounds for payment to UK.

hm I think I did the accommodation stuff online via the evision thing provided.

My parents set up a joint HSBC bank account with me from abroad. Do I need to set up another one here in the UK?

Also regarding advance payments for tuition fees, will the maintenance fee requirements also be deducted accordingly??/ This is a big question for me - thanks!
