Hi. My temp work agency from the UK still owes me - after about one year - some money. It's not so much, around 150 pounds, just for the last two days I've been working for them.

They assume that they don't need to pay me, because - according to them - they've called me one day saying that I'm not going to work the next day. However, that did not happen and I've been working for two days more. They're clearly lying.

    What can I do?

Do you have proof when you worked?

Say you'll seek legal advice, usually merely mentioning this is enough to kick them into shape and make them hand over what is owed to you. If they refuse to budge, go ahead and get legal advice.

Yes, my boss signed by timesheet.

    I've already did...

... and from that time I never got any reply from them. You're advising me to get legal advice, but... I live in another country, and I bet that such advice would cost me more than they owe me

Email your local Citizens Advice Beureau. Keep hassling them in the meantime, explain you have proof that you worked those hours and that you're due the money.
