I don't know why I never thought of using Cex before.

I have several Xbox 360 games I never play, according to their website I can rack up £20 for them.

I'll bring them in tomorrow. Cheers folks.

Ebay. Game totally rip you off with trade ins.

They gave me £6 for COD4 when they were selling it for £30
    Really?!

    I got £28 about 3 months ago. . .

And I got £32 for this, albeit about 4 weeks after it came out.

Try your local market as well. GAMESTATION is worth a shot too.
Gamestation is owned by GAME, so it'll be roughly the same amounts, however Gamestation are still known for giving you slightly better trade in deals, as they seem to specialise more at selling pre-owned copies of games more on the shelves than new copies, whereas GAME puts on a 'new' image, with nice bright airy stores.

I havent read through the thread so sorry if this has been said.
I dont think GAME will give you a quote over the phone because when you hand it in they will need to give it a grade like 'A,B or C' based on its condition and that grade will affect what they give you for it. This wouldnt work over the phone as one mans good is another mans excellent for example. You'd be better off selling to Cex for store credit as they sell phones and laptops, dvds etc etc.

A friend of mine tried to sell stuff to Game and they offered a pittance. He got nearly 4 times what they offered on Ebay.

cex is the best and so is amazon. I usually buy all second hand games from there under a tenner (waiting a few months for the price to come down at first). Or i just use amazon and get them cheap as dirt on there.

yeh id suggest to sell on ebay. you will deffinetly make more money than you would trading in at GAME. although it will take longer.
