    Useful to have:

    AS results sheets
    Copy of Personal Statement
Letter/something with your app. no and details on it
    THE INDEPENDENT

Oh and useful to have a phone with credit on it. Last year one of my friends didn't have any credit and so had to beg to use the school office phone...
Thanks!!! I'll top up because I think I shall need to beg for a very long time.

13 days - I'm crapping myself, my dad wants to come with me as well!!
I'd never let my family come with me. And they never have! Even when I had to trek all the way from here to Brighton to get my GCSE results when I went to boarding school, they didn't come. They're definately not gonna bother coming to this Thankfully. I also don't think they know...

ohh i wish i was back a year ago when it didnt really matter as much if it all went wrong.

and you know what the best bit about all this worry is? once we get a2 results, for the majority of people going on to university they wont really be that important. just the same as with AS's last year and GCSEs the year before.

just thought that would cheer everyone up :P

Im reading the general uni discussion forums and it's getting me all excited but then i remember I might fail and wont experiance it for a long time talk about bursting the bubble

Am I allowed to be this nervous when it's "only" AS?

Had a dream the other night that Voldemort was handing me my results (where I'd failed) and my teachers were cackling with glee. At which point I realised that these results have driven me to insanity!

Lol I remember the days I used to think GCSEs were important. Now I genuinely think that unless youre planning on going to Oxford, just as long as you pass all your exams it's fine...just do well at Alevel :P

Lots of my friends have no idea.

Our school put the wrong date (the 13th) on the school calendar for AS/A2 results day and because of that they've spent the whole year handing out leaflets saying that that date was wrong...

although... one of the staff printed the 13th on one of those leaflets so that just increased the confusion!!! :p:

Really? to me it sounds stupidly close, almost in single figure days
Yeah. These past couple of days have dragged so make that into two whole weeks and it seems like a lifetime!

I had my first results day dream last night :zomg:
All my results came on individual peices of paper and were ranked 'good' 'very good' 'not so good' etc.
I got AAB (based on the 'good' rankings) but then I also had 3 other random subjects (that I dont take) and did bad in them
    haha , weird times....
