I'm yet to have a results day dream this time round - instead I dream about getting done by speed cameras and going shipwreck-looting.

    EDIT: woo 600 posts :woo:

Lawl at the dreams you get instead of the results day ones. :p:
Trust me, you don't want the dreams! :afraid:

I'm, also, using uni as an excuse to buy lots of new clothes. :p:
    Aren't we all? :p:

I'm not so worried about how I did in the exams. I'm worried about my German teacher having ****** something up. She sent away my speaking test tape without having recorded it properly so I had to do it again... what if she messed something else up too? I'm worried I'll have lost points on exam technique etc because the teacher had no idea...

I'm going to inject some positivity into the thread
You've all worked very hard and it is therefore very likely that your hard work, dedication and concentration will pay off for you on results day!
Either way, you should be proud of your work and effort. Even if you don't get into uni the work you did still holds merit on its own

Dont worry, everything will work out

Probably not, but the exam boards are still gonna want to strike fear into our hearts by making us wait another 13 days

    (sorry! )
predictions for results: I think i'll get an awful ABCD or if I'm ''lucky'' ABBD. but i don't want either:no:
I have no regrets though A's or E's I know I tried my hardest. :sigh:
anyway brb in a bit and please don't progress 10 pages more until i'm back:p:
Ditto! I keep forgetting in my worry about the results that I should be proud of myself for doing the exam, let alone passing, the way I was feeling. But I know I'll feel **** when I see the grades and everyone else gets all As or something.

    Aw well.

I know this was from 3 hours ago but I'm still trying to catch up on this thread...

I completely stopped going to certain classes near the end of the year. English was "taught" by reading through the texts in class and our German teacher (a substitute to replace a teacher on maternity leave) didn't even know the layout of the paper and repeatedly asked me to translate passages for her as she couldn't do it. There was absolutely no point in being there but I got in so much trouble for "skipping class" when I was actually doing useful work in the library instead.
I stopped going college in April so I could revise for my 3 resits which were 1 month from then, and also the other subjects since I remember last year I asked a person how did they go from 3 C's at AS (like me before the resits) to 3 A's at A2 and the person said they began to revise 3 months before exams, I started around late March finished June 18th :\ and made the decision to not go college because their revision would clash with mine :p:

I am a bit worried, but I'm only waiting for my AS's which isn't as bad. But during one exam I had to leave to be sick, but I think that exam went the best out of them all. I answered the English questions wrong. I didn't revise as much as I could've for all of my exams. SO ALL IN ALL I HAVE ONLY MYSELF TO BLAME LOL. I FEEL LIKE I'VE JUST WASTED A YEAR OF MY LIFE, I WILL NEVER GET ANYWHERE IN LIFE tbh.
