Definitely less nervous then GCSE as these don't mean as much because i needed certain grades to get into 6th form, and i can retake some of the ASs if i do **** up, and i also got A2s to make it all better again

Not for me. I feel more confident about my ASs though.

I didn't feel confident about GCSE results and I was right not to and I don't feel confident about AS results even though I revised much more for AS than I did GCSE because I'm 100%sure I got a U in Chemistry despite a lot of revision (pretty much spent the whole of Unit 2 trying not to cry) and a C in English Lit and I really really need an A in English Lit because it's what I want to do at uni and I panicked in the exam and now that's going to affect the unis I can apply to... *sobs*
    Thank goodness for retakes.

About A level results dreams. I had a dream that I was sent back in time and was still doing GCSEs.

Was just reading that thread. Found this post.

If you are reading this and it is now August 2009 then you must have searched for this old thread as you are bored/anxious about results. Here in the year 2008 nothing much is going on. The Olympics are well under way and the credit crunch is causing everything to go up in price, 99p Mcflurry? Not anymore.

I'm trying to spread things out, like one big exciting thing per week  partly to be careful with money, and so that I don't over do everything and then have nothing to do!

    Last week: Big night out
This week: Harry Potter and meal out
    Next week: Big night out...

    etc

Been waiting for the countdown thread so I can post this again:

This is what's annoying me about TSR! Most of them know they haven't got lower than a B because of AS scores alone. Some of us are genuinely thick you know

    Hahahahah I like that!
I don't care about people trying to sort of, say they'll fail incase blah blah, BUT WHAT IS ANNOYING, is when people post things like this:

    "Chem: A (499)
    Physics: A (550)
    Maths: A (555)

    Disappointed with Chem though "

You still got an A, get a grip :lolwut:
