What happens if you forgot your internet log in details, when you sent all of your stuff off in the post?

they are really a complete joke!!! yea it takes about a week for anything to arrive that they say has been sent. hopefully you will get it this time.
Yeah; I hope so too. Granted it's a busy time; but they would surely have been aware it would be a busy time and put a better internal infrastructure to ensure things are processed as swiftly as possible!

    (Original post by Joy Division)
btw you can't you just print it off and send it?
The .gif image files aren't the best quality... I'm considering it though; but having the lovely barcode come out scannable (word?!) may be a big bleh due to low image quality. I'm trying to work out what information that barcode actually holds, and what the barcode encrpytion is so I can just print off a fresh duplicate with there rest of the form!

Hey all! Gosh hearing about Student Finance, I am fearful Having a gap year Hopefully I'll do student finance in september
Be sure not to leave it late to get finance sorted. The sooner the better!
As soon as you get the ALIAS ID for the sponsor's details; have your sponsor(s) get it done and processed ASAP....

Get them to keep evidence, such as P60Us, Child Benefit details; allsorts... anything with financial evidence; accessible and in a safe location! [And, try and have all of these details, from as many years as you can get. I know for this year's applications the P60s they wanted were from the 2007/08 tax year...!

Just looked at my student finance account, I am approved, yay!

What happens if you end up going to your insurance offer and it is a different course to your firm? Do you have to do anything regarding finance.

Which log in details are these? I assume you mean your Customer Reference Number...
Go to the Student Finance Website and underneath where you'd press to log in, there's a link called "Find out your log-in details " and you can select whether you want to:
'Reset your password or secret answer' or 'Find out your Customer Reference Number'

You'll be asked for details such as Surname, DOB and your Email address that you used to sign up first time... and then you should receive an email with the details you've requested.

WOW thank you!! I was planning to just "figure it out" around October what stuff I need because it did seem daunting, but with the information you have provided me with I can make some sense to my father without "helplessly shrugging" when he asks me about it :p:

They're still not saying that they've received the form with my new passport number, confirming my identity. :/

What I got told is that if you end up at your insurance you have to tell student finance whether it's a different course or not because otherwise your tuition fee will go to your firm instead of insurance.
