Hey everyone, btw I'm new to this, so sorry if i am somehow doing something weird.

I want to do a Foundation Course in art and design because I can't decide which way i want to go exactly, out of graphic design and fine art. I've looked at Loughborough (my favourite choice so far), Castle College, West Nottinghamshire College, but It's hard to know what's the best and to even discover them! Or maybe I just don't have the best method. :/ Does any one know of any really good ones or ones I'm just missing? I'm sure I'm missing some!

Nottingham trent never mentions 'diploma', only 'certificate equivalent to Alevels' So I'm a bit confused, I don't need Alevels any more!

Would truly appreciate feedback from people who've done successful research or have completed their foundation course! C:
    Thanks

Hey, I'm from Nottingham too and looking to do art foundation however i want to move as far as possible from here!
The only additional course I can think of is NCN my friends sister went their and really enjoyed it plus she progressed to a good uni. I havent heard anything about Castle College or West Notts but i don't think they have amazing reputations for art and design (I've heard some bad things about doing btecs etc there). Personally I think your best choice will be loughborough - they have an amazing reputation and its a beautiful uni - I may apply there as a back up

I want to leave when i go to Uni for sure, but since it's hopefully only a year long I thought I'd stay settled!
Oh yeah someone else recommended NCN as well, it sounds really good from what i hear! Thanks a lot for the reply. :o:
