I've been feeling so down lately. I can't really identify a reason, not a big one at any rate. I've been doing work all this week, and I haven't been able to see any friends, or my boyfriend, and I'm just feeling really morose. Even when I get my work done and have free time, I don't have much inclination to do anything. I'm just feeling really bored and miserable.

    Someone cheer me up please!

Maybe get some mates over and have a good time, or suggest you see them tonight? I always find i get a little meh when i dont see anyone for awhile. Its not nice.

However if it continues as we all have down spells, but we shouldnt be down for a long period of time, see your GP it may be worth just being checked over.

I originally considered getting mates over, but thought, what's the point? I was in such a pessimistic mood.
But now, I've decided why not?! I'm off to ring them now. Thanks Tom.

Us cheering you up will do good for the next 1 minute. You need to be able to find excitement in real life and it has to come from within. Don't always expect to be stimulated by others, when nothing seems to happen, go for it yourself, or create it for yourself.
