    im trying to lose few pounds. im exercising alot and cutting down on food, though exercise is giving me a huge appeitite so sometimes i have to go bed hungry.
    im worried the weight will go back on after i lose it cuz i wont be doing the same amount of exercise and i cannot go hungry
