Hey, I'm planning on going away to the York Hilton for an overnight stay in a few weeks. I'm 17 years old and I'll be going with another 17 year old, however my dad will be booking the reservation. Does anyone know the Hilton's policy for 16-18 year olds? We'd be paying with cash, so would we need to bring passports? And are they okay with under 18s staying, as long as an adult books, or does it not matter who books?

Any input would be much appreciated.

I would double check with the hotel as some can be a bit iffy with under 18's staying without an adult. Most are fine but you would be best to double check.

Depends on the hotel. Best phone them or something.
I know some say the room has to be booked by an adult, others say it has to be paid by an adult, others say an adult has to be staying with you if you're under 18 etc, and others don't care.
