Sore neck - can't turn head to left. Watch

Well I woke up this morning and found that although I can turn my head all the way to the right, I can't turn it very far left without a lot of pain in my neck :\ Is this probably just some sort of strain from sleeping in a dodgy position/sitting in a dodgy position at the PC/something to do with the gym and it'll clear up on it's own, or is it likely to be something more serious? I think what I'll do is just rest it, try and improve my sitting position at the PC, not go to the gym until it's better and phone my GP on Monday if it isn't starting to improve.

Its a good plan. Muscles sometimes become inflammed from overuse (ie. if you sleep in a bad way)

sounds like a muscle spazm, you can get it from sleeping funny.... all you can do is rest it and if it hurts that much take some pain killers
