Ever since the summer holidays started and I haven't had to get up at 7every morning I have been sleeping badly and feel really cr*p when I wake up. I've tried everything like, drinking water before bed, horlicks, one pillow, two pillows, sleeping on the other end of my bed...
But when I wake up I am aching all over and have got a slight headache and am all sweaty. I know I'm not unwell cause I'm fine after I've got out of bed and had a shower etc.
It's just really annoying cause I'm not getting any good nights sleeps before work and then am tired in the day and now don't even feel like going to bed sometimes! Any advice about what I can do?!

EDIT: I also have the window on vent to let fresh air in but its still the same.

How many hours are you sleeping and when do you go to bed and get up now?

I've been sleeping with such stupid patterns, like going to bed at 4/5 o'clock then waking up at 12, just can go to bed early! sometimes helps me to have a shower and sleep with music on, ofc nice calming music

I usually go to bed at about 11-11.30 and then wake up at about 8.30 on the days I work. If I'm not working I might stay in bed till half 9 but that gives me a headache and make me feel like crap! And i hardly ever drink before bed maybe like once a week so its not that!
