    Halo

    Well something just cross my mind. Sometimes when i'm in some stress i always felt that my mood started to change (which is normal i know lol) but the think is that i start to think of other things as well and these are somewhat negative thoughts i.e previous disepointments, annoyed with something before, etc, which sometimes contributes to more stress and sometimes it does get to me . Well i don't know why i think those things but it's just pops out (i think it's normal is it?)

    I know that those thoughts are just temporary as it will go away if i managed to think other positive things or try to be optimistic or something, but is there a better way of managing it or am i doing fine?

    any advice or share of thought would be grateful.

    Yeah it sounds normal to me. I dwell on things a lot so if I get pissed off I'll start to remember other stupid things I've done. Mostly I just ride it out and tell myself I've done it now so I can't change what I did except learn from it and not do it again.
