I've given up chocalate and haven't touched the stuff for a month now. BTW it's really worth doing, I feel more physically healthy, feel more awake and have been getting up earlier in the morning, and I've been getting far fewer headaches and migraines.
yeh i gave up chocolate for lent and felt great lost about half a stone too and i thought it would be really hard..but it wasnt as much as i thought..the cravings went after like 2 weeks but i just craved for sweet things lol every now and then
