DIETING CHOCOHOLICS kerb those cravings

apparantly smelling a tissue/hankie dipped in vanilla essence helps muchos

smell chocolate flavoring on a hankie while eating anyhting.

the sence od smell and the sense of taste are closely liked so you will feel you are getting the chocolate.

also try cocoa with no sugar, or carob powder

hopp this helps )
Where the hell am I gonna get out a vanilla/chocolate smelling tissue

Don't eat it/sugary stuff and the cravings ought to go away after a few days.

or you could give in just a little bit, and devour that chocolate bar you've been glaring at for hours - you know you want to

Do a Charlie in Charlie and the Chocolate factory and make one chocolate bar last a whole year by eating a tiny bit every day!

Or you could do it simply on willpower alone....

to make sure none of you are eating the chocs you must send them to me

or you could just...eat chocolate and go for a run.
I've given up chocalate and haven't touched the stuff for a month now.
BTW it's really worth doing, I feel more physically healthy, feel more awake and have been getting up earlier in the morning, and I've been getting far fewer headaches and migraines.

I really don't have to will power to give up chocolate.
The smell of chocalate actually makes me feel sick now. Now that's enough to put me ever going back to it.

Puh-lease, one curbs cravings, and kerbs one's alloys.

They don't.

The only thing that really puts me off chocolate is if I eat too much and feel sick. Then I don't eat it for a while.

mmm. double-chocolate timtam... must get one now...
