I have a really bad headache (I never get them) and I'm assuming it's linked to the amount of sugar I've consumed today :puke:. I usually don't have a high sugar intake but today was a bit of a 'girly chocolate binge'.

My head is killing, I've taken an ibruprofen but it still really hurts . Is there anything I can do to ease it? It feels like my head is in a vice (not that I'd know what that feels like :dontknow:) .

The amount of sugar has more than likely caused a sugar high and then a "crash".
    Drink plenty of water.

Just drink loads of water and try and sleep it off. I get it loads =[ from things like drinking Frescatos. So annoying, and yeh it can be agonising, can't it? Sleep is best, if you can actually manage to sleep.
