    This is quite useful for me too. I'm 6'3" and weigh 50KG. I really want to put on some weight!

    Instead of rows his programme used power cleans. Instead of off the floor deadlifts his programme used hang cleans.

    Deadlifts and rows would be better for hypertrophy which is what many people really want, though.

    Hah I wish. I haven't been eating in a while since I've been ill and had no desire to eat. I was a really skinny guy before anyway.
