    sorry just had to tell sum1, had been waiting for this momment for a very long time as i have been injured and this time 6months ago i thought i will never of made it this far.

    Don't apologise - half the country can't even jog to the end of their own drive. It's a good achievement - especially if you've been injured.

    v.nice, I can run 2.4k in about 13mins but am training to get it under 12mins.

    I can do it in around 11:30 on average, maybe 11:00 if i push but not much faster then that
