    Now I am 99% sure that my socalled landlord is a fake who asked me to pay the reservation deposit before even viewing the flat via western union...(I didn't make the payment though)

    mm I just wanna know where do you guys live if not wanting to share with anybody in Central London? (I am not like anti-social just that I split with my friends about renting flats sometime ago) (My budget is under 600pcm incl bills)

    I found a lot of small studio flats (via agents) that cost about 200 quids for a week at least...

    What do you guys suggest me to do? I just really wanna live on my own since my friends and family come to see me quite often...

    Region dependant, you're not going to find much cheaper than that (not to say it's impossible to find cheaper studios, but they will be unpleasant/tiny/bad area etc). Are you a student? Have you considered private halls of residence?

    Yep! I'm a year 2 student.

    I missed the deadline of applying the hall I was living in last year...and I know my uni doesnt normally give out halls to year 2ers. I was therefore hoping to rent a little place for myself...since I dont like living with others as well.mm

    If they're asking you to pay by western union, steer clear. It'll be a scam 9 times out of 10. I'd say Camden is the way to go, for a lesser budget. But 200 is average, if even on the cheaper side for central london. Could try Shepherd's Bush? I'd say your budget is just too low unless you share. You could try getting in on a flatshare, say from gumtree.com or something?
