The Republic of Turkey calls for Israel to at least relocate the 19 Palestinian families that have been evicted so abruptly.

The Portuguese Republic feels Israel have gone about this in the wrong way if peace is what they are looking for, and has nothing much to add that hasn't already been said.

[OOC] I thought there was no rep for Israel. I just had a look at the list and spaces and couldn't see one for Israel. I might have completely missed it though. [/OOC]

Whilst Kiribati has full support for the State of Israel, these actions could cause further political instability and danger in the region.

Tonga recognises that this land is legally owned by Israeli citizens, it is the sovereignty of the land, not the freehold that is contested. That said Tonga feels very strongly that the actions of the Israeli security forces in evicting the Palestinian squatters could have been carried out with greater sensitivity and that the callous treatment of the land's occupants will add further tension to an already unstable region.
Nigeria must protest, the land is not legally owned by Israel Mr.Tonga. They simply said it was theirs.

Israel thanks Tonga and South Africa for their understanding and support. Israel apologises for the late response to the debate, as we have been monitoring the situation.
Israel's home office has agreed to work with the Palestinian authority in Jerusalem to give monetary aid to the families who had been evicted - this is not any sort of agreement that they were illegally evicted but instead it is a future agreement that if evictees have less than $5 000 available to them in the bank including available loans and morgages then the Israeli authorities will provide $500 for rent, to be used as emergency funds.

Israel would like to bring to the attention of the assembly:
The sixth Fatah General Assembly decreed on Saturday that the return of both east and west Jerusalem to Palestinian control was a "red line" which was nonnegotiable, and would need to be fulfilled before any peace talks with Israel could renew. - jPost.com

Syria condemns the actions of Israel as the land is not their, even a ruling does not make it so. These actions will not get the support of the International Community and will continue to make the rift between Palestine and Israel even great.
