    Just curious.
Also mention whether its on the treadmill or outdoors as this obviously makes a difference.

    Outdoors 5K run takes me 21 minutes. So I'm guessing another 10 minutes I could do about 3.7 miles ?. I can't do the 5K run anymore , I don't even exersize !

Outdoors about 5 miles. But after 30 minutes the time dwindles pretty quick as i can't keep up 6 minute mile pace for much longer.

    I've ran 10k, 6.2 miles in 38 minutes.

Though right now in my current state of fitness, probably about 4 miles in 30 mins.

Seriously...the world record for 10k is like 26 minutes, so your saying your only about 5 minutes off. That is amazing seriously, how much do you train!?
