i think that most exam boards require you to do 60% coursework and 40% exam. when i did art gcse i filled about 6 sketchbooks of coursework overall, 2 of which being a3 the other 4 a4. you really have to be keen and get into the projects and make yourself do the work otherwise you'll fall behind really quickly. if you're motivated and creative then definitely but if you find it hard keeping to deadlines then perhaps reconsider. have you spoken to your art teacher about it?

Kind of I have been quite negative about it to him but he tells me that I would be able to do it but my brother who is doing his GCSEs has inserted fear into me by telling me his friends are skiping lessons to finish work  But my teachers are really keen for me to do it. It's just me (and my brother) who are unsure about it. :bubbles:

Art's grade boundaries are very high especially for wanting to get an A* which is like 98% . However if you enjoy and are good at it, then most definitely opt for it
