    good ingredients prepared well and cooked well will be tasty the other thing with british foods is that people turn their nose up at game, black pudding, offal ....

    the amount oif people that have said liver and bacon is 'horrid' who have had their mind changed by liver and bacon made by me with liver so fresh it's barely stopped baa-ing and bacon chunks from my local *proper* butcher ...

    this is before we mention the British love affair with seafood ... i'll resist going all rick stein but it;s a lot more than fish and chips and Cromer crab ...
