    For the last fortnight, I've noticed that my jaw has started to feel really stiff and tight - especially from the afternoon onwards.
    Chewing gum helps to get rid of the rigid feeling.
    Anyone have a clue what it might be or what I can do to sort it out?
    I don't think its serious enough to warrant a visit to the doctors.

    Stop giving out so many blow jobs?

    It will probably go away on its own, I've had this a couple of times before, but no idea what caused it.

    I think chewing gum is exactly what you should not do. I have the same problem sometimes, but it goes away after I eat or speak or whatever. Mom's a dentist and she read that it's common for people to have stiff jaws. If it gets in your way or gets worse see a specialist.
