it doesnt matter so much about the place or where it is, as long as you have a really good time with the person you're on a date with in my opinion
Thats what i thought, but Im rubbish at making decisions so my bf said i have to think of something good to do tomorrow night - thing is haven't been with him long, so dont know what he thinks would be nice!
Cinema & theatre isn't a good place for the very first date, because you can't talk and get to know the person. I took my current gf to the London eye. Its a great place to go and I think it costs about £12 each? Pretty cheap when you think how different it is cos that sort of thing sticks in that persons mind.
In the future, you won't be remembered by "o yer - i know, we went to go see erm, er...that film, yer" - they will see it as "o cool - thats the time we went on the london eye at sunset and got to know eachother".
The beach if it's warm enough. If it isn't then it's the perfect excuse to cuddle the other person. I just love the smell of the sea and walking down the sand. It makes me feel like I'm home in Scotland.

you could come home to ballyholme beach...
it got labelled as a health hazard recently due to the raw sewage
Go to Al's Diner with your parted hair and your chequered shirt... order a milkshake with two straws that you can share with your date. Put the Beach Boys on the Jukebox and then meet up with Fonzie...
Bah! Dates are just an American invention that disappeared along with Happy Days.
The swans are gone? Sacrilige! lol. There was never much to do in Bangor though. I remember when everyone got excited that a dunkin' donuts opened near the flagship centre 'Just like in Amercia'. I do miss it though. It is a pretty town
