if you're an average guy who most people haven't heard of, without any websites or anything online, what's the best way you can make money advertising?

i've googled lots of different thigns to try to find this out, but still haven't found what i want.
i want something simple...i want some kind of pay per click. where a company will wire money directly into my bank for every however many clicks on the link which leads to their site.
    does this exist?

every time i google it, i get pages and pages of boring description of complicated systems, which nearly always turn out not to be the sort of thing which would really get me any money. and the websites where i find this stuff are always really ugly, homemade and dodgy looking.

Do you have a website that you want to place ad's on and get paid for? Or are you wanting to be paid for clicking the links?

If it's the former maybe something like google adsense but if it's the latter most those type of things don't work and are a bit of a scam.

OK I tell you one story:it's pitty and funny at one time. This story told me one my friend who became victim of such trick.
"Free of charge porno" site. You enter and they offer you to copy their own codak program to watch the films. You copy and after that any time when you are at Internet there are banners with hardcore. And they ask:"Ow then send us a message from the phone and we shall give you password to delete the program".So you send and spend 20 $ for one message. So it doesn't dissapear and then. You send once again and again spend 20 $.The banners don't dissapear and then. They dissapear themeselves in a month.

Google Adsence & Google Adwords does this.

On my blog i have their ads. Difficult to get traffic though.. so end up not making any money.

First, you can change that immediately. The best thing, nobody cares what you've done in the past in terms of having been online etc.

Have you got a keen interest in something, then start a blog and talk about it. Even if not, there are ways how you can still start a blog, learn about something you always wanted to learn, and track your learning and what is going on in that area. The area should be well defined.

Then, you can start adding google adsense on it, or become an affiliate of a partner scheme, e.g. amazon or something else on clickbank or commission junction.

Getting traffic is also easy, just be active where your target audience is active, and know what benefits they are seeking.

No, that doesn't really exist, well it does, but those schemes are crap. Why would a company pay you for clicking? You are unlikely to buy anything, so the value of your click is pretty much worthless.

The bold part is absolute rubbish, to put it mildly. Adsense?

    First, I suggested Adsense.
Secondly, searching for pay per click as the OP has suggested he's done, should've prompted him immediately to Adsense if he used Google for his search, if not the other search engines should've prompted him to the respective Wikipedia page where Adsense and similar services are listed. So I assumed he's not that stupid to not find these kind of services himself but is rather looking for something else entirely, particularly as he mentioned he doesn't have a website himself, and those schemes are more often than not scams. Google pays you money because these links are put into relevant content on a person's website, Google and other have extensive data available to judge where and which links work best.

The OP, from what I understand, doesn't have a website and doesn't aim to get one, so actually, I don't know how he thinks this all works.
