I know the most obvious thing to do is go to the doctors, but I'm waiting to be transfered from a practice on one side of the country to the other.

For about a week now I've felt a bit peaky, but there was nothing obviously wrong with me, felt a little bit hot but that was it. Saturday evening I had a sore throat, then in the middle of the night I had a massive nausea attack mixed with diarrhea that lasted about an hour. My stomach's back to relative normality, but I've no appetite. My throat is still really sore, with a bit of pain extending up to my ears. Its the kind of sore throat that hurts even with constant water etc, with pain extending up to the ears.

Even though I've got a fever I'm compelled to put more layers on, which doesn't really help matters.

Any advice other than paracetamol and sleep/doctors?

Ring NHS direct. That's quite a lot of swine flu symptoms to not check it out.
