    Well, I suppose if you dont actually WRITE anything then you are probably going to get 0 marks. I meant, the people who write something - how can they get marks below the grade boundary? its ridiculous!!

    That will entirely depend on your school/college requirements. If the rest of your grades are "good" it probably won't matter.
