Little confused here... out of all the providers of History PGCEs, only York still has vacancies for 2009. Does anyone know why this is? Because out of all the universities to have vacancies I wouldn't have put my money on York.

It strikes me as a little strange and I'm wondering if there is any specific reasoning behind this?

They filled their places in February so it is most likely that someone or some people dropped out. They only had 13 places so it's a small course.
