I typically vary between 1.5 pints and 3 pints. Back in the day I used to average above 3 pints a day, but I don't drink that much any more.

I never drink normal milk, I'm lactose intollerant.
I occasionally drink lactose free milk, but I've learned to love tea and coffee without milk.
Even lactose free milk gives me sinus problems (sniffly nose) and acne.

When training, I'll drink about 5-7 pints of whole milk. When not training, about 2-3 pints of skimmed/semi-skimmed.

None. Haven't drunk milk since I was really little, can't stand the stuff. I know its really bad for me to not drink it but the thought makes me feel so sick

Used to drink 2.5L per day.

Now I only drink the milk I make my protein shake with. It's too expensive to drink lots of when there is cheaper sources of cals and you are on a budget.

I use it in my tea and with my cereal but I don't drink it as a stand-alone drink. My family goes through too much milk a day as it is, without me drinking it on its own in a glass!
