Would someone who did poorly on PTI vetting be considered for OASC watch

    in 2007 i applied for physical training intructor but id poorly on the 3 day tests at Cosford.

    I'm now considering going in for commissioned but will they let me? anyone have any experience on this?

    What do you want to apply for as a Commissioned Officer? Physical Education Officer or nother Branch? How different are you from 2007? What do you think you have that the RAF needs as an officer?

    They can't stop you applying - but you need to know what you have now that you didn't have then.

    Im looking into aerospace battle manager.

    since 2007 ive certainly gained more confidence, assertiveness, ability to speak up and more teamwork and leadership abilities especially as ive been promoted to manager in my work last year.

    I'll just go for it.

    You'll probably get asked why the change in career aspirations and why the change to an Officer application. If you have spent a couple of years 'growing up', you can answer their questions well, have the qualifications required and want it, then go for it.
