That programme has always been the biggest pile of turd known to mankind. Everything, I mean everything about it is dire. Makes me want to gnaw off one of my limbs if I have to sit through a minute of it.

Seriously, why would anyone watch something so utterly boring, badly acted, unrealistic, miserable and far-fetched? Everything about it is a joke. Makes me angry that it actually has any viewing figures above 0. :mad:

oh, and same applies to Hollyoaks. But I will save that for a relevant thread...

I agree OP Kim Medcalf was way better daniella westbrook is overhyped (and very orange and wrinkly!)
janine is also good and they should definately bring back tracey anne oberman!

But look at the character of Sam Mitchell, Peggys daughter, Phil and Grants sister, is she going to be smooth, sophisticated and glam? Sam Mitchell was originally played the way she's being played now, tarty, harsh and abrasive.

As lovely as she was, they had Kim playing it the wrong way. They tried to glam EE up and now they're taking it back to where it used to be.

The dinner party was such a disaster! I'm laughing just thinking about it.
I felt so sorry for Jane and I loved the Mitchells (for once).
The first EE episode where I haven't been bored in a long long time!
