    OP basically described London. Oxford Street, Whitecity and even Brent Cross. The capital is where it's at.

    When I go clothes shopping, I either shop nearby, or take the 20 minute train journey to oxford circus. But why is everyone saying oxford st? I think they mean circus, regent st is good too...

    Probably because Oxford Circus is an intersection/tube station.
