Hey yaa how much does it cost for a retainer in da UK? Coz i have lost mine...*sigh* n i needa make one before I go back to my home country...
about 50-60 pounds me thinks.
mine cos £110 from my dentist. it INSNT free if you are over 18 and dont have a HC2 or HC3 certificate. you CAN get it made privately like i did takes bout a week or two

depends on the type and size you want. thou u should go to a dentist and have one specially made for your teeth (not that you can get standard ones) it can take 3 days to a week or so depending on the spec of your retainer!

They're special forms. If you're over 18, you normally have to pay for prescriptions. However, if you have a HC2 you don't pay, and if you have a HC3 you pay only part of the cost. They're assessed on your income, and to get one you need to fill in a HC1 form

omg..that's complicated..but thz nwayz=) I think will just go to those private ones and make one....
are u a student? students on student loan pay i think up to £40, or if ur income is less than £45 week you get it free.not sure bout this bit.

yup i'm a student and I'm under 18 n i dun have any income either..only pocket money from my parents...=P...
