Housemate wanted!
We need a housemate in our 4 bedroom house cause one of our housemates dropped out. The house is on weardale road on smithdown rd nearer the brookhouse end. The room is a single room and rent is £52 a week which doesnt include bills. Think bills work out at like £25 a month. You wouldn't have to pay a tv license or deposit cause we have covered that. Viewings are available until the 21st of dec and again from the 10th of Jan. You would be living with 3 girls, all 3rd year physiotherapy students and the univeristy of liverpool. If any1 is interest please get in touch.
