It's half-way through the TSR House of Commons Term. The parties have done some arguing, they've done some whining and they've submitted some bills.

If the TSR General Election were tomorrow, who would you vote for?

Right. I'll be closing this thread now...and suggesting to the speaker that we can dispense with an election next time round, we'll just use this to determine seats :p:

EDIT: That is of course a joke (before you start). Please do keep voting - the exit poll from the election last time around was relatively accurate, these sort of polls could be an interesting addition to TSR Politics...

I like the poll more after the parties get a chance to write a brief report on their policies! Nobody has heard of libertarianism. :p:

The term is halfway through already?

    Crickey.
Anyway I voted for...well...I'll let you work that one out.

By the way, why isn't the "Witness the Fitness" party on that list? Or are they not a proper party?

    Nobody.

Having a virtual 'house of commons' 'UN' and 'political parties' which lead to absolutely nothing is a bit sad.

It's a bit of fun really.
Good for debating and throwing together your idea's with other people's.

I guess. Seems like too much hard work and effort though for my liking.

At least it's better than flame wars.

Why am I not surprised the socialists are winning on a student forum?

Who knows? Though it doesn't change the fact the TSR HoC currently has a Tory majority. So much for students all being liberals...(if you're going to assume TSR = real life that is).

The Tories won the last TSR election.

Oh god how come in such economic tough times the stupid f***ing socialists are winning?

Guess there must be a very high number of teenagers living off mummy and daddy here.

Or perhaps the creator of the post is a prominent memeber of the Socialists and was talking about this in his sub forum? Its not been up that wrong.

Saying that, the Socialists came joint third in the last election so this is interesting, if the trend keeps up.
