    Depends really, doesn't it?

If say the government turns into some stupidly facist, racist group that intends on ethnic cleansing, then, sure I'd be anti.

But what if the government is fine and the anti-government group fits the description I just said in the previous scenario. I certainly wouldn't be anti then.

well depends if it were some sort of comunist revolution i would be on the governments side.
if it were based on putting a tagging device to moniter you at all times on the basis that you have "nothing to hide" i would happily take to the streets.

What about a war between Parliament (fighting for Metric) and the Monarchy (fighting for Imperial)?

I don't know, right now the Monarchy stands in infinitely better stead with the public than Parliament.

At the height of its power the monarchy lost the Civil War in the 17th century. Plus, the majority of the public regard the monarchy as archaic and unnecessary. That, and imperial measurement sucks. :p:
