I've been doing cardio for the last the last few weeks. I've avoided doing anything that could possibly use my arm. That's because my muscles seem to act up.

When I move it up or sideways sometimes it hurts. Sometimes. 90% of time nothing happens (not sure if I pressure it right) and I go days weeks without even feeling a bit of a pain from it. But when it does happen it's always a suprise.

I don't want to damage my muscle or get hurt at the gym by dropping weights. WTF do I do?

I've giving the body time to heal and it's doing nothing. I even stopped sleeping sideways.
