    In which case im doing it more for strength than a number to brag about or in my case be ashamed of. :p:

    at the same time, it would benefit me somewhat to not destroy my knees.

    I ******* put 'squat rack' first then replaced it with 'monolift' without checking back on the vid! Thinking, "heavy ******* squat, probably a mono."
