Can you pay for someone else's bus fare using an Oyster card? watch

    I know you aren't able to do this on the tube, but for example, could I pay for a second person's bus fare for them, with my oyster card?

    It'd be great if you could also post a source, thanks.

    Not that I recall, you can only scan your oyster once anyways, and I have no source loool other than using the buses with an oyster every day

    Only one person at a time can travel using pay as
    you go credit on an Oyster card. However, when
    you are not using it you can lend it to a friend if it
    only contains adult-rate pay as you go credit.
