    Both high squats
Yeah, I was just using it for reference. i.e. he could say, "deeper than the left one", but he didn't say anything. It could be like the one on the right. Who knows.

    Not far off. :sigh:

I trained alone for my last couple of sessions and then finally video'd myself on the last session. That's about where it was. True story! At least it was the left and not the right.

I'm resetting after exams anyway. You big meanie.

With some you'll have to be more specific. Pretty sure Smack knows some half decent push/pulls and upper/lower ones. I'm no real expert.

    Madcow's:

    WS4SB:

I know Brotherhood's had some decent gains out of WS4SB and it's designed for athletes and so should help you with your rugby.
You used the same link twice: http://www.defrancostraining.com/art...rds-part3.html

How long have you been doing it for brotherhood? You found much improvement to it? What is your general bodyshape like anyway (i.e. skinny trying to gain or what?)

Looking at that program now I think I might start doing this on Monday. Got bored of it at all yet? And how long are you usually in the gym for doing each day, as I try to do around an hour.

Hope it's just the name because I'm not skinny! 18 stone to now 14.5 stone at 5ft 9 o.0

    A couple of months.

Lots of improvement. It's all in my blog.

Cutting for two months to get back down to 10% and will carry on bulking on the same routine. I'm ~84kg.

    No.

    An hour.

You can use the routine to bulk, cut or maintain.
