    i have a double chin (i guess you know what it is)
    So i was wondering if there was a way to get rid of it
    any diet or exercises???

    Constantly open and close your jaw. Like, say "ah" them "mmm" over and over.

    But you want to be careful... You dont want to have loads of extra skin... might end up looking like a rooster.

    This is what happened to the last fatty that thought advice like that would help.

    the only way to get rid of a double chin is to lose overall bodyfat, all this stuff about "chin excercises" is a load of rubbish.
