I've done that for girls i've had no interest beyond a platonic relationship with, I don't think you can be that conclusive :p:

I think boys are generally fairly straight forward... If you really want to know what they think, it probably isn't that difficult to find out. They tend to be fairly blunt.

    Unlike crazy mysterious girls :p:
I wish the ones I know were...
If they don't explicitly say something it's hard to know how they feel - girls normally express emotion more directly more frequently.
And reading signals - is it just flirtatious banter all the time just platonic or does it suggest something more; is it purely a difference of opinion that leads to recurring excessively heated debates...aargh!

Could everybody use one word to describe their current state or utmost passion/desire?

    For example, anything from:

    Physics.
    Depression.
    Girlfriend.
    Limerence.
    Life.
    Hope.
    Hopelessness.

Any word you can think of that defines YOU...
    Hope.

    And...overreactive indecisive.

Fair enough. I think people in general are complicated, at least the generally more interesting ones anyway. What I think makes girls particularly mysterious however, is when they say something and then expect you to take from that something entirely different from what they've said :p:

    Simplified scenario -

Girl: Does this outfit look good on me?
    Boy: No
    Girl: .... *he thinks i'm ugly *

When in reality, the guy probably just didn't like the outfit :p: The girl is looking for an assurance that she's attractive/not ugly, and once the guy has said "it looks fine" or "it looks good on you" will then go on to completely ignore his opinion and decide for herself :p:

I'm far too complex to be summed up in a single word. :hand:

I don't think my current existence can be distilled into a single word.

Rosie you don't sound like a *****, you sound caring :yep:

And Limerence ape? Now where have I heard that word used recently :p: Not been posing as the unbeliever have you?

    Yep, there's no denying we're complicated:p:
    Or even worse:

Girl: Does this look good on me?
Guy: Yes, you look nice etc.
Girl: You're lying. my bum/stomach/thighs (choose from infinite possibilities) looks fat.

I, of course, would never do this:p:
