    Thanks, but I'm leaning towards Glasgow atm :daydreaming: Glasgow looks like Hogwarts while Edinburgh looks a bit like an office block. I wish it was more aesthetically pleasing as the English course is kick-ass. I keep changing my mind though

    Or did you mean the English faculty in particular? (For example, Appleton Tower, where most of the Informatics teaching takes place, is an abomination that deserves to be razed as its architecture is clearly sourced from the very pits of hell itself!)

    That's why I want to go to Glasgow too...

    I can't make it to the open day though I've arranged a visit for sometime. Going to strathy on tuesday :awesome:

    I went to the (bio)medical science talk and the english one as well, collected lots of freebies and walked around the campus. Want to go back next time and look at accomodation with a few friends.

    :rofl: They kept that top one quiet at the Open Day. The whole place just seemed cold, but in saying that, there was (is) something I really liked about it. Tbh, none of the English departments I visited blew me away: but it's the content I'm more interested in rather than the building.
