Yeah, I've tried quite a few places. Can't even get a job at burger king! :p:

But I've noticed quite a few temp jobs going up this weekend. I popped into a few places to pick up a few application forms earlier so I'll fills those out. Fingers crossed! lol.

Girlfriend birthdays are so much easier when you have money!
I disagree. Without money, it comes down to 'be cutesy', which I find vastly easier than trying to figure out such conundrums as this. :p:

Yeah, I can see that side of things, and I know that she genuinely isn't bothered about getting presents anyway, but it feels nice to make an effort. So what counts as cutesy? Making something?

    1 x picture frame
    1 x needle and thread (1 x mother)
    1 x felt tip pens
    1 x coloured paper
    3 x sparkly ribbons

How can it go wrong? :o:

Our first years are so cocky! I'm sure we were a lot more nervous when we were in S1!
For a change I am actually taller than most of them this year. :p:

Look at the e-mail I received yesterday:

    Hi Arcadia

Due to the high demand of people applying to ******, sometimes it takes a while to work through the backlog of submissions.

Hang-in there and we will get back to you once your story has been published.
