The real game you want in the Orange Box package is Portal. Portal comes with Orange Box but if you don't want to get Orange Box..Portal: Still Alive which is basically Portal plus a few bonus levels is available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
That's pretty much my thinking, although I might still get Episodes 1 & 2 on Steam later. Cheers, I didn't know that (a superset of) Portal was available as a standalone on the Marketplace, I'll check that out later tonight. Rep for you!

    Rosie, Rosie Rosie.
Doctor Who (only the David Tennant ones) are reasonable though.

    It's their third thread. :p:

To be fair, they have tenfold the population.

Just beat my time on Tetris Sprint, now at 4:14

Then don't! Why depress yourself..btw what grades did you get?
    Maths A
    Biology A
    History A

    (all adv.)

The thing is I reckon I might have gotten Band 1's in Biology and Maths, which would be good, although should I have just missed out on 2 counts, it would be a dampener.

Last year I could have had 3 band 1's but missed a couple and only got it for Maths, not that it really matters but it did annoy me, made me feel like I had scraped the grades.

    Awesome grades.

Ask: it's going to bug you forever anyway.
    True

Random question but do any school's do the Dux medallist based on S6? Our school is on S5 which is annoying because I would have won it this year :p: .

    His new look is ridiculous.

However I remember saying "I'm not looking forward to the new doctor" when Christopher was the doctor and David Tennant had been announced as the new one.

    How wrong I was. :yep:
Hopefully that will be the case :yep: but it will be odd at first. I wonder who the companion will be!

    Do you mean Subject Duces?

My school does it on the highest level of the subject in the prelim. So the person with the highest mark in Adv. Higher Biology would get it (he would be in S6)..but subjects like Higher Business Management where there was no Adv. Higher..it could go to a 5th or 6th year...depending on who got the highest mark.
Well we get them too, won history the last two years. The School Dux though is the person who gets the best grades in the year overall, you get a medal and your name written in lovely gold lettering on a plaque at the school entrance for all to see! :p:

Some schools don't do it though.

my school is the same as yours. we have S5 Dux Medallist and subject prizes for each higher and advanced higher with all prizes being based on the first prelim results. All subject prizes are £12 book tokens at blackwells, bad times.

how did you mess up your university applications with highers and advanced highers like them?
