I don't see why size would matter tbh. I'm a C, but i have a small frame so people are quite often suprised when i tell them that. 
no personally i wouldnt. however bear in mind those gorge skinny mega ultra tall girls who are like 10ft tall and size 2 trousers might have cup A tits and they wouldnt be flat chested. verty few girls have NO tits lke a man
My biology teacher said the other day that breasts are irrelevant to a woman as they swell when she's pregnant anyway (obviously). So we were asked to argue whether breasts could probably get smaller over time due to evolution, and the fact that women have less babies nowadays 
. He was just implanting the idea into our heads and didnt state if it was plausible or not, but it got me thinking.
I have no clear answer for that (except maybe for storage of unused milk ducts)

Nah, average breast size is getting bigger - it's 36C now, mainly due to diet changes.
