    I thought you woulda been more likely to be on that sorta money AFTER the management scheme....

    Well that is the figure including bonuses which we can achieve, all of which are fairly straight forward key performance indicators.

    My basic salary is £25,000, so when you divide that down the basic salary is £13.19 per hour.

    Can't wait to get started!

    I work in waitrose dorking and I get 5.22 I am 16 but it is about 6.80 for over 18, waitrose pay is regional though that's the base rate, we get time and a half on Sunday though pay also goes up after a certain amount of time I don't know how long though.

    you get paid less then me and i am younger, how does that work??? (i am on 5.22 and i have only been working there coming on 2 months now) because i am only a fresh food shelf stacker it is not as if i am anything special.
