    Sounds similar to my intervals. I try to focus on speed form, would probably drop a set and switch to sub 30s. That said, I am a distance runner... Maybe I should mix it up :P

    I've got a cracking spreadsheet somewhere which will calculate interval times for distance runner speed work. If you're interested, I'll see if I can dig it out!
