How do you make the cleanest break up possible? He says he wants to start a whole new life with me, but now, with the adrenaline effects having worn off, can't take such a life. I'd feel too distant from my family and friends, and don't have such strong feelings for him anymore.

I can't even come from sex anymore (I used to all the time), but he doesn't notice as if I don't first, then I won't at all because he can't be assed to pleasure me afterwards. He wants us to start soon and I want to tell him but I'm afraid that'll he hate me. Suggestions?

You just have to be honest with him and do it face-to-face. How 'clean' the break-up all depends on how he takes it so there is not much you can do regarding that.

If your sure you want to end it, then i think its the right thing to do, but i dont think there is ever an easy way of doing it. As saif face to face its not nice or easy but it has to be done. Best way is not always the easiest of ways.

Well if the idea of "starting a new life" with this person has lessened your feelings towards him, then perhaps instead of ultimately ending the relationship, maybe you can tell him that you don't feel ready for this or something similar.

    Good luck with either.
